Welcome

Our old universe has
fallen into impossible chaos and destruction, but the Legendaries will save us; are saving us; have saved us. Soon many lives and memories will fill this new world, and give it purpose.

Events

Terrene continues to heat
up, both in temperature and in conflict. Beta is asking for spies to infiltrate Omega's camp, while Dentelle simply wants to inquire after the scientist's progress. Later in the season, Beta is hosting his annual crater city tournament, where people can test their Pokemon and their leadership and strategies against one another.

Season

Summer will be here until
September. The heat of summer is here in full force, as well as the accompanying summer thunderstorms. Bug, electric, and fire types all thrive while others wilt under these conditions.

summer swarms!

These swarms will last through the season OR until the capture cap has been reached. If one of these Pokemon has already been spawned in a topic of yours but the swarm ends before you finish, do not fret! The Pokemon will not be taken from you, and you can still make a capture attempt if you wish.

Fairy Island

Bugs abound in summer, and what kinds of bugs are particularly fond of flowers such as the ones that coat Fairy Island and bloom in bright, beautiful colors? Butterflies, of course! And I guess some cute bees.

Desert Strip

The long, hot desert days are unfriendly to most, but there are many creatures who are quite adept at surviving them, including these two fire-types.

Have I mentioned bugs yet? Boy, are there a lot of bugs in summer. At least some of these bugs are wearing rocks, so that's fun.

Cloven Volcano

Summer does bring out the fire types, but these ones in particular seem to want to stay close to the residual heat of the old volcano- will anyone make the journey to catch one of these beautiful, fiery beasts?

Lion's Plains

Given the increased heat of this season, a day spent at Crater City's bay might not be a bad idea- but watch where you step, because Squirtle and Stunfisk seem to have invaded the beaches. Out in the plains themselves, feisty little raccoons are swarming. (Squirtle and Stunfisk only found at Crater City's bay.)

western great forest

Have you noticed the main theme yet? It's turtles and bugs. These bugs also have the benefit of being poison type, because in the western Great Forest, we can't have nice things unless they're super deadly, too.

This part of Terrene does seem to have a particularly persistent bee problem. If only someone were brave enough to chase the bees out of Forest Beach. At the very least, there's also Magby and Elekid to be found here, representing summer's two major weather patterns. (Magby only found on dry, hot days; Elekid only found during thunderstorms.)

Something strange...

Rolling Mountains

user posted image & user posted image & user posted image

Something strange is happening in the Rolling Mountains. The vast amount of bugs is dissipating unexpectedly, and several strange new swarms are arriving in their place. Magnemites buzz about, seeking extra electricity to soak up. Curious and mischievous Shuppets creep in during the night and appear content to stay. The elusive Unown, a most skittish Pokemon with a tendency to never travel alone, has also come out of hiding for some unexplained reason. Even now, the Unown still tend to travel in groups and aren't always amenable to outside contact. If you encounter an Unown, it is likely to be lost or injured, or in a bigger group that could be very difficult to battle or to separate one Unown from.

For the next month, both Rolling Mountains swarms are available, with a 50/50 chance of your character receiving the swarm requested or receiving its counterpart swarm. After July 31st, however, the original swarm will be completely replaced with the new one.
